Chris Young The Rapper

On January 22, 2010, I went to the Roxy Theatre in Hollywood to see Shwayze. I got there early to see a local rapper that my sister had recommended, named Chris Young. Now by no means am I saying that Shwayze and Cisco played a bad show. In fact, they played a great show! But, I personally feel that Chris Young played a better one. That night, I went home and downloaded his mixtape, 619 (download link below), and listened to every track...without pausing...twice. Ever since then, Chris Young has not left my Recently Played Playlist.

Peter West, or '''PWEST''' [ˈPUE-ST], is an up-and-coming American Alternative Hip Hop artist from South Laguna Beach, California. He is known for his influential lyrics and high-energy shows. On November 25, 2009, PWEST released his first EP titled Airplane Eyes (download link below). He has played shows all over Southern California and Arizona, and on December 18, 2009, PWEST opened for Mickey Avalon at Vanguard, Hollywood, CA.
